None of our new neighbors can believe that we took ownership on the exact date promised by you when we placed the contract with you, seven months ago, evidently none of their builders got even close to achieving that.

I’m sure you will be delighted to hear that perhaps your most glowing testimonial was provided by our independent building inspectors, who informed us that the Brigon site was by far the cleanest and best organized that they had ever inspected in Florida, and that that this had translated into a home of real quality.

Please thank all of your contractors for us, especially Ralph who supervised all the framing and roofing, and Carl who did such a superb job on the decorating, and Joyce would like to give a special mention for Larry and his guys who built her such a wonderful kitchen.

Finally thank you to you personally, your professionalism and enthusiasm, not only for working with us on the bespoke design, but for keeping us informed of progress with photographs, stage by stage, and finally for delivering the home to budget and accounting so precisely for all upgrades.

We thought having a house built when we were 4000 miles away would be stressful, but you ensured that we had not one minute of concern, and should you need a recommendation for other prospective clients, please do not hesitate to use us.

Dear Brian,

Wow, I can't believe we have been in our new Joshua home a year already!!! It was a challenge for us living in Maryland and not being able to see the building process step by step. I don't think we could have survived being a thousand miles away from our dream home if it were not for good friends and neighbors keeping us apprised with pictures and e-mails. I especially was such a pest, constantly calling you and asking the BIG question, "When do you think we will be in our new home?". I bet if you heard it once you heard it a million times. As usual though, you were always courteous and listened to us.

In July of 2005, we sold our home in Maryland of 25 years and moved into an apartment for one year. This was a real challenge, going from a 2 acre lot into a very small space.

Then July 2006 we moved into a friend's home in North Ft. Myers for the entire month. Since we had no place to live after that, we really put the pressure on you. But in the end you came through and we moved into our beautiful new home the first part of August, just in the nick of time. However, this would not have happened if you were not constantly on your staff to move faster without losing the quality of structure that your homes reveal.

Finally August of 2006 we are in our new home and guess what, Ernesto decided to make landfall. Fear not, with the aluminum shutters in place and the structure of your home we had no worries that we would be safe. However, as everyone hoped, Ernesto headed up the East Coast and spared the residents of Florida.

Although we had our challenges after we moved in, no matter what happened, you were always there to remedy any of our concerns or requests. And now a year later we would like to share interior pictures of our beautiful home.
