Manasota Key Condominium Remodel (click photos to enlarge)
Recent project completed February 1, 2011. Clients had contracted with Brigon Homes to completely refurbish their 1284 square foot condominium, that was constructed in 1982. Removed all flooring materials, cabinetry, appliances, toilets, bath tubs, interior doors and trim. Installed new water and drain lines to accommodate a washer/dryer unit in a front hall closet. Installed new circuitry, can lights, pendant lights, outlets, and rocker switches throughout. New tile flooring, and carpeting installed in both bedrooms. All new interior doors and trim. New wood cabinetry, and granite countertops, along with new appliances. All work as shown was completed in approximately 45 days from issuance of permit, to final inspections.

Placida Harbor Kitchen Remodel (click photos to enlarge)
Lanai Enclosure (click photos to enlarge) The clients below contracted with Brigon Homes to enclose their existing lanai and transform the 220 square feet of space into additional living area with heating and cooling capabilities. As part of the remodeling project, the openings on the rear of the home were increased from 6'8" to 8' tall to allow more of the Florida sunshine into the home.
