The clients below contracted with Brigon Homes to enclose their existing lanai and transform the 220 square feet of space into additional living area with heating and cooling capabilities. As part of the remodeling project, the openings on the rear of the home were increased from 6'8" to 8' tall to allow more of the Florida sunshine into the home. (click photos to enlarge)
