The Jasmine model is really starting to take shape, and truly is becoming a Masterpiece of a Home. On the exterior, the roof has been completed with dimensional shingles. Soffit and Fascia have been installed, and preparing the exterior walls for textured stucco finish. On the interior of the home, the drywall has been installed, taped, and ready for the knock down finish on walls and ceiling. Interior doors, trim, and crown moldings to follow. Projected time frame of this home, as well as our other homes, from permit to completion, under 5 months.
Construction continues to move along on The Jasmine at a fantastic pace. The form and pour 16" tie beam has been completed, and the engineered roof trusses have been set in place, along with some bearing wall partitions inside the home. Partial 1/2" plywood roof decking, has also been installed.
We are very pleased to announce the construction of our newest design, "The Jasmine". This beautiful home features 2218 square feet of living area which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, den, great room, formal dining room, kitchen and nook. Also complimenting the home is a 3 car garage. Photos indicating the concrete slab has been poured, concrete block has been completed. And getting ready for a 16" form and pour, steel reinforced tie beam. BRIGON HOMES announces the completion of its new Model Center "The Righteous" located in South Gulf Cove, Charlotte County, Florida. The Righteous Model Center will be opening to the public in the fourth quarter of 2006, ahead of its entry in the Charlotte-Desoto Building Industry's 2007 Parade of Homes. The Righteous Model joins the lineup of previous Brigon Homes Parade model entries, including "The Horizon" and "The Lakes", which were multiple award winners, including both receiving Grand Awards for Best Homes.
Parade of Homes Awards BRIGON HOMES announces the receipt of awards for "Best Bath" and Grand Award For "Best Home" for its "Lakes" model home in the 2006 Charlotte-Desoto Building Industry Association's 2006 Parade of Homes.
Lakes Model Center Construction of the new "Lakes" Model Center is completed.
